About

Andreas Bernstein is a Swedish illustrator and art director based in Malmö. He grew up in Sweden and Germany and speaks Swedish, German and English. His early influences were cartoons and video games, which continued as a strong passion through adolescence. This led him to a bachelor's degree in Information Design with a focus in informative illustration. To broaden his knowledge of the advertising industry, Andreas studied at Hyper Island in Stockholm and graduated as an Interactive Art Director. After graduating, he became a member of ”Illustratörcentrum”, a Swedish organization for illustrators and started freelancing. Since December 2019 he has been featured in “Pictoria 3”, a creative directory to the best contemporary illustrators worldwide, published by Capsules Book. 

Andreas works in both traditional and digital styles as an illustrator, graphic designer, and logo designer. He recently illustrated his first children’s book project, “ABC Character Rhymes” which was released on Amazon in June 2023. With an open mind and curiosity towards other cultures Andreas enjoys working with people from all across the globe.
